Well for a start all the pictures of the house on this website. The others were at least five years old and some older as you can see from the palm tree pictures with Bex. I finished the new gate last year and I have just renewed the bathroom plumbing and put in a new sink and washing machine.

The main story of the year is the new planned development at the top of the village which is not going down too well with people who want to preserve the character of the village but is welcomed by the residents as a source of jobs and other income. Our house was pictured in an ad for the develoment. No foundatuions have been laid and it may never happen but I have to show you the advert!
