When you go in all you need to do is switch on the electricity to the right hand of the door to the right inside. The shower is hard wired into the fusebox and at the moment you use an extention lead for the washing machine. You don't need to touch the box on the outside although in the unlikely event you fuse something then there is a trip on this outside box that you will need to flip back.
The water can be turned on at the pipe at the end of the courtyard to the right.
The tools are under the bed, the bedding is in the chest in the guest bedroom and the trunks in the main room are mine and Bifi's private things. You may need to look in them if you want medicine, as this is where we keep that kind of stuff.
We expect you to leave the house as you would like to find it and we hope that the previous occupants live up to your standards. We can arrange for cleaning and washing to be done for a small extra cost.
Most of what you need to know is common sense BUT our house is very nice and other things kike to live there especially if you leave food lying about SO DON'T!!!! I advise you to clean up after preparing any food, store all food in the fridge or in the hanging baskets unless it is in a container. >
There should always be black poison traps for what we like to call 'brown beetles' scattered about. Please leave them in place and feel free to buy some more. This will ensure that any that decide to visit will not take up residence.
Like all toilets ours does not like tissue paper so don't flush it but bin it.
When you leave.
